Incredibly rare opportunity for a Studio / Operations Manager to take the reins of this globally renowned branding agency who are rocking it! You’ll be working within one of London’s edgiest creative studios, with satellite offices in the US, Canada, Asia and Australia. Famed for their client base across luxury, travel, property, tech, consumer and retail, you’ll be joining a 45-strong team, working closely with smart ambitious people who live and breathe creativity.
As the lynchpin of the studio, your three main tasks are creative resource, financial tracking and the enrichment and furthering of the agency’s culture. You will be responsible for implementing processes to manage the studio schedule, reviewing the financial impact of resourcing and co-ordinating freelance talent. Liaising with the Accounts Team, you will lead reconciliation reviews. The role’s secondary focus will involve working closely with the senior management team to devise the cultural programme, along with handling HR issues, IT support and monthly studio presentations.
