Main responsibilities:

  • Create work of the highest standard that solves business problems head-on. 
  • Come up with new, unique ideas, and motivate others to do the same. 
  • Inspire, share and delegate. 
  • Present all stages of the design process directly to clients.
  • Mentor the designers and encourage an open, collaborative working culture. 
  • Keep on top of your game, and a design world that’s always changing.

Your experience:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role & environment
  • Breadth of experience – having created great work for big international brands, small arts organisations and everything in between.
  • Award winning work, not a must but always lovely to see!

Your skills:

  • You know the difference between decoration and creative problem solving. 
  • You’re not just a visual thinker. You can make your ideas come alive with words too.
  • You respond well to criticism, and stick with a brief when it doesn’t go to plan. 
  • You lead teams without casting a shadow. 
  • You maximise creative opportunities wherever they appear.
