This boutique strategic branding agency, with B2B at their core, are looking for a talented Account Manager to join their London studio. Working in this close knit, hands on team, you'll lead on key accounts of your own whilst supporting your Account Director, across the delivery of international brand development work.
- As an Account Manager, building relationships will be your forte; you'll be client facing and quickly establish rapport with your clients, ensuring they see you as a pivotal part of the process and an extension of their brand
- You'll have strong project management skills, from creating complex timing plans for projects, scoping out project costs and budget allocation, to managing billing schedules and all project documentation (status reports, invoices, contact reports etc)
- You will not only build strong external relationships, but will also quickly build trust with your design team, knowing how to get the most out of them, manage their time and ensure they stay closely on brief
- As an AM, you will be a whizz with numbers and help to create costing and billing schedules, able to guide your client through this and manage their expectations throughout the creative lifecycle
