This small independent studio based in Bedfordshire, have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Interior Designer to join them and become a key part of their team.

They specialise in Educational projects transforming schools across the country. The projects range in size from new builds, refurbishments of schools to a fresh new look for a 6th Form chill out area.

As an Interior Designer, the role will involve coming up with new concepts, visualising ideas in SketchUp, pitching for jobs and putting presentations together.

You will liaise with the end client, sales team and contractors to ensure project runs on time and to budget.

Technical drawing packs are rarely required but a knowledge of AutoCad is advantageous but not essential.

As the set-up of the team is quite dynamic, they are open to considering an Interior Designer who is either a junior, mid-weight or upper middle-weight. Experience working on educational projects a bonus however not fundamental.

There are 10 people in the office and they are a fun bunch with a positive working environment.

Parking is available and they are a commutable distance from Milton Keynes, Bedford, Stevenage and Hemel Hempstead. This company will also provide a mobile phone for the job.
