We’re working on behalf of a very well established creative services agency to find a talented mid-weight Designer with a strong retail background.
This is an opportunity to work with a collaborative team on some key agency accounts, generating concepts and commercially focused creative solutions for all retail channels, including in-store POS, shopper propositions and toolkits, events and digital. This person will be involved in research, client presentation development, ideation and the day to day design delivery of work.
We’re looking for someone who can quickly understand clients’ business needs and get to grips with a brand’s retail messaging to create multiple creative solutions to any given marketing brief. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in client meetings and will need to be confident articulating ideas and creative rationale in a persuasive and credible way. This person will have the support and the Design Director and Creative Partner as well as the wider team but should also be self-sufficient and comfortable making creative decisions.
Our ideal candidate:
Will need to have significant experience in multi-channel retail marketing
Conceptually creative with core designs skills for making the work
Confident delivering projects with minimal supervision
Highly organised with good planning skills
Strong knowledge of artwork and production processes
