Account Manager/Senior Account Manager
We’re working on behalf of a very well established creative services agency to find an experienced Account Manager to lead and develop the integrated communications for a global retail brand. Working closely with the client and internal teams, this person will lead strategic thinking and the implementation of campaigns across key retail channels including in-store and digital.
This is an opportunity to work with a global client and brand and would suit someone with a strong background in retail/shopper marketing, experienced in developing and implementing toolkits on an international scale. This person will be client facing and will lead strategic initiatives across multiple channels on their behalf. We’re looking for someone with strong commercial awareness who can identify opportunities and really build a successful client relationship.
Our ideal candidate will need to be equally comfortable and hands on with project management tasks as well as client servicing and will have overall responsibility for impeccable service levels and the quality of creative output. As such, you will need previous experience in a lead role with a great track record of achievement.
Our ideal candidate:

Outstanding communication skills and adept at putting together client proposals and presentations.
Completely committed to high-quality creative output and service levels with an acute eye for detail.
Precise financial management skills, ensuring that work is billed correctly and on time.
Confident managing client expectations, project objectives, timelines and budgets.
