Our client is a creative agency specialising in in science of retail. Part of a larger group, they are now seeing a strong new identity and plans for growth flourish. It's an exciting time and they now require a new team member with strong account and project management skills.
The main responsibility of the role will be to support their global creative partner (AKA their very big client) and lead the development of integrated communications for a global retail brand. Working with the client and internal teams to facilitate strategic thinking, toolkit development and implementation of campaigns across key shopper channels, including in-store and digital.
The ideal candidate will need excellent communication/presentation skills and have the ability to work at all levels of an organisation and client’s business. They should be passionate about shopper marketing, experienced in toolkit development and be able to translate insights into actionable recommendations and strategies to grow the client’s brands and business.
We are looking to talk with charismatic and ambitious AM/PMs that are familiar with international retailing and preferably have worked in a client-facing role in a creative agency where they have managed and facilitated communication across consumer and trade marketing channels.
As you'd expect, skills and experience across scheduling, estimating and all forms of creative project administration will be welcome. This role will suit someone that loves what they do, with an attention to detail that makes sure everything goes smoothly and the cool-headedness and improvisation abilities to sort out things that don't.
