This independent creative agency with strategic branding at it's core, with a flare for working with leading B2B corporations, is looking to hire a passionate Client Manager. In this mid sized team, you'll be prepared to roll your sleeves up and work closely with your clients and in unison with your internal creatives and strategists. You'll be eager to work in a boutique agency where you truly take ownership over your own workload.
- Working to manage your own portfolio of clients spanning the financial and professional services and property sectors, from initial briefing through to delivery, monitoring every step of the creative process from strategy to production
- You'll build trusted relationships with your clients, getting to understand the nuances of their brand and their creative vision, whilst educating them and managing expectations; alongside this you'll be savvy, and know how to raise efficiency, scope budgets and ensure their satisfaction with all deliverables
- As a Client Manager, you'll still muck in with project management, creating budgets, proposals, schedules, resourcing and dealing with suppliers to ensure that your projects keep ticking along without a hitch
