Account Director, integrated communications
Are you an Account Director, ideally with an integrated agency background and experience leading projects across brand, digital & employee engagement. It’s a ‘founder’ run independent agency, who are inclusive, collaborative, but whose clients get the very best out of them in terms of ideas, creativity and solutions. Truly cross-disciplinary.
Brand communications, to employee engagement projects that could take you from a visual identity programme, tone of voice, to film, motion, video, launches and events. But of course print & digital communications too.
As a key Account Director, you’ll be part of a team of 8 in client services, but a total of 35 in the agency. They would want you to lead, mentor and provide consultancy to their key clients, but everyone there is as hands on as anyone else and getting stuck in the delivery is also a part of this.
A team player, with a great sense of humour, you’re an Account Director who will push your team but inspire and innovate them, really interrogate the briefs to get underneath the skins of their clients. It’s a rigorous but also fun process! So much to learn for everyone.
