Our client is an established and highly creative brand experience agency, nestled amongst the villages of Buckinghamshire.
But don’t let the quiet lanes and leafy surrounds fool you – this is an eighty-strong agency producing award-winning creative for top brands. If they were picked up and dropped into Shoreditch (this is quite unlikely, but bear with me) they would still look and feel right at home.
Working across brand strategy, live events & experiential, branded environments and pretty much all forms of multi-channel marketing, they have forged a reputation for innovation and perfection.
The agency is currently expanding as they enter their most exciting year yet, with the most urgent position being an ambitious designer able to get their ideas and styling on to screen and delivered to their clients. A master of layout, with an eye for detail and genuine love of polishing their work to dazzling levels of shine.
You’ll work within the Creative Team, meeting clients, pitching ideas and producing great work across mainly print and some digital with a split of around 70% design, 30% artwork. You’ll be used to working with (and pushing) brand guidelines, meeting briefs and hitting deadlines while never being afraid to say “what if?” or “how about?” to challenge the client.
Naturally you’ll be an expert with Adobe CS, speak fluent typography and fully understand how to set up work so that it can be physically created. Around four or five years in a busy agency will have given you the experience and skills to slot into this position nicely.
But most importantly you’ll have a genuine love of clean and effective design and working collaboratively to create it.
