CRO Manager

A truly excellent opportunity with the UK's No.1 largest and fastest growing vitamin supplement company, which has helped define the VMS sector with leading brands such as Perfectil, Pregnacare, Wellman and Wellwoman. Vitabiotics is the first and only vitamin company to receive The Queen's Award for Innovation in vitamin research. You will be working on a diverse range of digital and social media projects as we increase our focus in this area.

You are a mid to senior-weight user experience professional, with a background in agency UX or client-side e-commerce UX. Using analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Hotjar, you will work with other members of the e-commerce team to theorise ways to improve customer experience and increase conversion rates and revenue. You will produce presentations with your theories for approval to the directors, and work with the creative lead, programme manager and developer to bring A/B tests and new experience to fruition. This is a new role within the business, and an opportunity to make your mark on the UK's most popular vitamin brand, with ambitious growth plans, you will be comfortable working at speed.

Key Tasks

* Optimise UX to continue to improve basket completion
* Working with Site Analytics to identify what's working online and what not
* Establish ongoing agenda of site improvements with clear requirements
* Working with Creative to identify minor redesigns
* Work with creative to ensure each category is found and provides compelling experience
* Owner of product and information hierarchy
* Work with operations to implement changes
* Carry out tactical changes quickly including use of CMS


* Proven UX design for e-commerce sites
* Proven experience developing A/B testing
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven use of analytics programmes to suggest changes to UX
* Comfortable prototyping ideas on paper and in-programmes
* Customer-centric but revenue-driven mentality
* Comfortable working within a small team in a fast-paced environment


* Confident with Google Analytics including setting up event tracking
* Has worked with Shopify
