Leading global consumer brand is looking for a talented senior designer to join their central London Office. Working under the Creative Lead within their marketing team you will be a great conceptual designer. You will be able to demonstrate a fully integrated folio of B2C and B2B projects with an idea at the root of every piece, from marketing posters, flyers and consumer booklets through to digital and social campaigns as well as spacial and experiential projects.
As this is a senior role you will be confident to take creative direction and run with it, leading projects from concept to delivery including presenting and communicating these ideas persuasively. The role requires strong art direction skills with the experience of working with illustrators and photographers and other agencies and creatives. Ideally you will have experience working as a brand guardian developing and protecting a brand across all creative output.
The role will involve working in small but very close knit team and at times mentoring and guiding more junior members of that team. This is a busy and very varied role with no 2 days the same so the ability to juggle multiple projects with changing timelines is a must. You must be a great team player with strong work ethic and a ‘muck in and get it done’ attitude. Advanced knowledge of Creative Suite and experience working collaboratively with a copywriter.
