Creative Director for an agency with a point of difference! You must have proven experience, at least 10 years, in consumer brand design, but this is not any ‘design or brand agency’. They excel in innovation, strategic brand thinking, brand story-telling and move brands from A to B to enhance the brand, help it grow, ensure consumers buy into it. This is an agency with a difference and they need a Creative Director who is a creative and strategic thinker who has worked with consumer brands ideally across fmcg, drinks, retail, health brands, food and so on. Their clients are big names so you’ll be working with the best of the best.

NPD, innovation, to brand repositioning, rebranding or full corporate identity, across to brand activation and brand world, structural and packaging design, they will get seriously under the bonnet of what is needed to enhance the brand and they get results! As Creative Director, you will help to direct consumer workshops, gather consumer insights, and develop your strategy and design thinking from thereon. You’re a big picture thinker, a story teller, not just about pure design.

Apart from strategic thinking, you do also need to be a hands on designer please. Roll your sleeves up and be proud of what you create. 

You’ll also manage a small team of 4 other creatives, but work with about 25 others who range from strategists, consumer marketeers, product development, researchers. They are seriously clever at what they do but the environment doesn’t take itself too seriously either – it’s an ace team of smart people who are all working collaboratively together to get the best innovation and brand story out there.

Other nice things to note – you will grow and develop around people who are all in it to win it, with clients who respect your thinking, and in return, they can offer far more flexible working than other agencies. It’s grown up, but with strong camaraderie and team spirit. What’s not to love and people stay here for a while, it’s not a revolving door.

They are based in beautiful Windsor but many commute in from around or in London – hence the offer of flexible working too.
