An international furniture company offering modern office design solutions is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join their London team and develop key client business. The company has grown from a furniture manufacturing business to an internationally recognised design presence. They offer sustainable products and pride themselves on connecting people to spaces. This role is perfect for an established business development professional in the A&D market to take their next step in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain key relationships with existing clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Answer any incoming queries and requests from clients
  • Attend industry events and meetings, regularly networking with industry professionals and prospective clients
  • Lead new product presentations to new and existing clients
  • Utilise the London showroom for meetings when needed
  • Continually update internal CRM system and quotes
  • Regularly generate reports and account statuses

Key Skills:

  • At least 4 years sales/business development experience in the furniture and design industry
  • Proven success in generating new business and developing client relationships
  • An established network within the industry
  • An understanding and appreciation of design-focused products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
