Interior Associate – dynamic design studio with world class clients
Are you a self-motivated, creative thinker and natural leader with an expertise in hospitality design, who is keen to step into an Associate position? This highly acclaimed award winning design and architectural practice are looking for an Associate to join them.
They are internationally renowned for their impressive hospitality and residential work. With both strong and bespoke architectural and interiors teams, the founders have an approach to individual projects as a chance to create the extraordinary and the unique.
As an Associate, this is a client-facing role and you will need to be confident and well-presented, with an ability to work with contractors and senior project stake holders.
One of their main projects at the moment are the luxury hospitality areas at a high profile well-known sporting venue. They also have a stunning clubhouse project and some outstanding mixed use hospitality spaces.
In this challenging and exciting role, you will work alongside senior colleagues to produce and develop amazing concept creations and oversee the technical design to completion - and lead others to produce this work. Regularly communicating and coordinating with suppliers and consultants for samples, pricing, and purchasing and procurement.
Also, as part of the Associate role you will:
- have the ability to set programmes and manage work flows;
- contribute to the drafting of fee proposals, establishing cash flows and billing;
- direct more junior members of staff throughout the duration of a project;
- leading and managing project teams of between 5 and 10 people.
Strong CAD skills is preferred though not essential.
As the projects are based within the UK and globally and you will be required to travel when necessary.
