The business is a contemporary British label aimed at the modern, professional woman. It's a rapidly growing business and a really exciting time to join.

Working under the direction of the creative lead you will support the Art Director in driving the brand's digital creative, from running through business as usual online tasks effectively (emails/landing pages/content) to evolving all aspects of the brands website in line with brand guidelines.

You will:
Develop assets into rich, creative online experiences across multiple digital touch-points.
Work with people across the business (marketing, ecomm, design, operations) to ensure your designs cover all relevant business objectives.
Be technically proficient and own the UI and UX product design streams, constantly pushing yourself to create beautiful yet simple
experiences for the customers.

Be able to coherently communicate your vision for the UX and explain your ideas and process to any part of the team through sketches, wireframes and clickable prototypes as well as finished designs.
Prepare digital content for upload to web, email, social.
Help generate ideas, research and inform the wider team on adhoc and special projects, including marketing objectives, new product launches and improvements to current systems.

We are looking for a digitally focused designer with a well-crafted folio that demonstrates good implementation of brand across digital media and ideally relevant work to suit a women's fashion business.

Fully Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to time-manage short-term and long term projects, balancing quick-turnaround BAU briefs with longer, blue-sky projects.
Understanding of CSS, HTML, Javascript and how this impacts on design.

Able to take on new ideas and direction with a positive, can-do attitude.
Fully experienced in creating and outputting content for all social platforms including file compression and delivery techniques for desktop and mobile.
You will be aware of all the latest trends and goings on within the world of UX and design.
Be able to absorb large amounts of possibly conflicting information and use it to produce simple designs.

Have a passion for digital culture and be responsive to changes in current and upcoming technology.
Have a commercial awareness and 'customer first' approach to the online journey.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Strong creative flair and high taste levels; attention to detail an absolute must.
Natural interest and knowledge in luxury graphic design / digital / fashion / editorial / art.
Wordpress skills preferable but not essential.
Video editing, motion or After Effects skills a bonus.

Benefits Include:
