The Company

This opportunity will be working on one of the world's leading Skincare brand, engaging with their huge community. This is a unique opportunity to be the face and the voice of leading skincare brand globally.

The role

As the community manage you will be a brand ambassador, ensuring the tone on voice is accurate and consistent across all social platforms. Social media excellence is imperative for the brand and you have the opportunity to massively contribute to this.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all social platforms (Twitter, Instagram and Facebook)
  • Engaging and interacting with the existing community as well as reaching out to potential new community members.
  • Managing all campaigns across social and managing on-going business.
  • Using analytics to identify trends across the business in order to find areas for development
  • Brand guardian for all social channels.

The Person

  • Proven experience of community Management
  • Experience of managing multiple social media accounts
  • Ideally experience of working closely with creative and planning teams to create world class campaigns.
  • Analytical thoughts process and naturally analytical.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ideally proven agency experience.
