One of the UK’s leading brand experience agencies are looking for a Production Manager to join their team. This agency are based in Central London and offer everything from strategy through to evaulation across live events, road shows, exhibitions, installations and in-store activities. Within the Production team you will have the opportunity to deliver across all of these activities and work closely with the account teams, taking on more of a client facing role where appropriate. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, you will really get the opportunity to influence how the agency approaches production.
As Production Manager, you will act as the lead on all of your projects, looking after the build, technical and logistical elements. You will be responsible for advising Account Management and creative teams on technical considerations, cost implications, production concepts and timings as well as managing logistics on experiential campaigns and advising on project requirements. A key part of your role will be building strong relationship with suppliers as well as negotiating with existing and potential new suppliers. You will also need to stay on top of the latest technologies so you can push boundaries with new technological innovations and explore how they can be used in future campaigns.
To be right for this role, you must have a proven experience managing build and set suppliers, strong health and safety knowledge as well as experience creating risk assessments and working with shopping centres, trade shows and festivals. You must have strong budgeting skills, be passionate about new technologies and their influence on experiential, have great attention to detail, print production knowledge, be very organised and positive in nature.
