Digital Designer - £30,000-£40,000 - London

A digital designer is needed to join a busy, cutting edge internal marketing design team. The Designer will be working on creative visual identities, onsite interactive promotions, responsive landing pages, emails, print and other various creative content. You will be working across a variety of clients, and with a team of experienced designers, developers and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work on creative projects from concept design through to final execution.
- To work within the marketing design team & collaborate with designers and web developers alike.
- To design promotional content, following processes from briefing through to completion, liaising with developers and stakeholders.
- To maintain and update landing pages.
- To produce creative content for marketing purposes.
- To maintain existing websites, brands, and campaigns.

- Have a creative imaginative mind-set and be self-motivated.
- Proven Digital Campaign experience
- Be proficient in Adobe CC, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Have an excellent up to date online portfolio/ show reel.
- Great concept skills with a good eye for composition and colour.
- A good understanding of UX and work to supplied wireframes.
- Strong attention to detail and delivery timings are key requirements.
- Have an understanding of multi-platform and the online world.
- Be flexible to any task as well as working to multiple deadlines at the same time.
- Thrive on working in a fun and fast moving environment.
- Have a sense of humour, be sociable and approachable!
Skills: Essential
- Graphic design, photo manipulation and illustration skills.
- Excellent core design knowledge, design layout and typography skills.
- Be able to adapt to existing styles and brand guidelines.
- Be able to work to in-house standards, guidelines and processes.
- Be able to work with other designers and take direction/criticism.
- Have examples of self-initiated projects available to see.
- Have an up to date portfolio.
- Be highly motivated and passionate about design.
- Be able to understand briefs and communicate ideas and solutions.
- Want to work for the good of a product/company/team.
