A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Architectural Technician to work on high-end residential projects. The company are based in North Yorkshire and are looking for an individual to join them for a 3-month contract initially with rates up to £25/ph Ltd depending on experience.

For this position you will be fully proficient in AutoCAD and will have previous experience working on high-end and domestic projects. This role will include tasks such as:

- Feasibility
- Site Supervision
- Detailed Construction Drawings
- Client Liaison

With a large increase in workload this has the potential to become a long-term position. The company are a vibrant office and would be looking to take on someone sooner rather than later so if this sounds of interest then please get in touch now.
