Studio Manager who thrives working in an innovative and fast paced creative agency, who will be the lynchpin between creative, client services and strategy but ultimately control how the creative team work effectively in this 40 strong studio.

This is an agency who are thriving, working with clients in tech, mobile, retail, fashion and other globally recognised consumer and B2C brands. 

What do they do for them? It’s all about the consumer experience, so from branding, experiential, digital, web, integrated campaigns, to environments, interactive, film and motion. The team is made up of a wonderful mix of brains! Graphics, digital, product, environment, experiential people. And they all work harmoniously together to create amazing work and brand solutions.

As Studio Manager, you will need to be the ultimate organiser, list maker, but also numerate and financially responsible. You will manage the day to day resource, including building relationships with freelancers, booking them in, and also overseeing budgets and timelines. 

Understanding how important their creative process is key to this Studio Manager too, and they are hoping you might be able to help from time to time on aspects of project work if needed. 

This is a close knit team, collaborators, thinkers, creatives who all go the extra mile but in return get to work on some incredible projects. Their clients are super cool but being global players are also demanding at times so the Studio Manager needs to be unflappable, knows when to push and when to push back and highly organised.
