A fantastic Creative agency based in Central London who specialise in targeting affluent consumers are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their Client Services team. This agency work with some of the most exciting, luxurious brands and develop integrated campaigns across all channels. They have a fantastic, driven team with a real family-feel vibe. In this role, you will regularly be working alongside an Account Manager whilst reporting directly into the Senior Account Director. 

As Social Media Manager, you will be joining an experienced client services team and along with them be responsible for looking after the agency’s premium client base. Your responsibilities will span advocating the fast-paced and growing world of social media from planning, activation, management and reporting. You will be responsible for understanding your clients’ target consumers and finding inspiring ways of engaging with them. In this role you will be very client facing so you must be comfortable discussing briefs with clients. You will mainly focus on helping the agency and its clients deliver social media campaigns across a range of social media platforms, as well as supporting account teams across integrated, multi-channel campaigns. You will need to offer brand planning and insight, content outreach, community management and traditional advertising insights as well as write inquisitive and intriguing briefs. You will also be responsible for campaign planning and execution, client presentations, competitor analysis and market reviews, championing social media and digital channels in the agency as well as activation of paid social media.

To be right for this role, you must have 2-3 years’ experience working in a social media management role, across all significant social platforms – both owned and paid. You must have a strong knowledge of using social media management tools, Google PPC, Google Analytics and experienced working with external media planning/buying agencies. You must also have experience collating and analysing multiple data analytics sources to draw strategic insights and inspiration. You should be really passionate about social media, data and insight as well as developing strong client relationships. A basic understanding of HTML5 & CSS3 would also be ideal. Personality wise, you must be positive, energetic and self-motivated in nature.
