Group Account Director
The fix creative is currently recruiting for a Group Account Director. This role is for an experienced Account director with experience working with brand experience, live events and exhibitions. The group account director will work within the client services team working with an impressive portfolio of clients and an amazing creative team. You will be confident in managing client relationships and the following roles and responsibilities
Report progress against growth plan and objectives as agreed with Client Services Director on a quarterly basis
Work with specific account / client service leads to develop strategic understanding of a brand (as part of your portfolio)
Build and maintain strong relationships with all assigned clients and prospect account contacts at senior stakeholder level
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client business and corporate objectives.
Apply account planning tools and account development best practices in the development and execution of proactive growth strategies
Use experience and knowledge to present the company in the best light
Influence client thinking in a way that benefits the agency
As a Group Account Director for assigned clients and prospects you will:
You can demonstrate how to strategically grow accounts through application of account growth tools, strategies and best practices.
You are a self-motivated, strategically-thinking doer, with a drive for success and an unshakeable ‘can-do’ attitude
You have developed fundamental knowledge of developing content via digital and social media solutions and a working understanding of multi-channel experiences
You can demonstrate firm understanding of financial processes and budget management with a proven ability to oversee large and logistically complicated event budgets
