Junior to Midweight Designer
Are you passionate about branding? Do you have a good mix of print and digital design skills? Would you love to work with some amazing top brands? If the answer is yes then this could just be the role you have been looking for.
This boutique design and branding agency in London works with some enviable fashion, lifestyle and other luxury clients, and they're looking for either an experienced and talented junior designer, or possibly someone almost ready to move up to mid-weight level.
They aren't large, but they're a close-knit team, and you'll have a creative director and a design director to learn from, as well as other designers to work alongside. They also have strategy people, and account handlers, so there's plenty of support.
And as for clients - well some are brands any designer would love to get their hands on - and for them, you might work on a new visual brand and the other brand communications to go with it, or it might be a gorgeous brochure, or it could be the look & feel for a website - or a combination of all of these things.
They are adding this new designer to the team, not replacing as they have plenty of work coming in, and they'd love it if you are looking for your second job - maybe you've been in an agency for a year or two, but feel you'd like a change (they can't take a 2018 graduate, unfortunately, as they won't have the time to help someone at that early level).
They'll pay you a decent salary, and you'll learn lots there - and as they work with some luxury clients, including some in the fashion world, they'd love it if you enjoy keeping up with the latest visual trends, and also if you have a core idea behind your work. Yes they style and craft their work beautifully, but it's also about a good strong design rationale that solves a problem or a challenge for their clients.
