Much-loved British brand with an aspirational and upmarket reputation underpinned by a focus on quality of product and ethical responsibility is looking for a Senior Designer to deliver compelling, innovative and highly creative solutions that support the direction and expression of the brand, ultimately enhancing the customer experience at every touch point.
The Senior Designer supports and works closely with a Senior Creative Manager to ensure that all creative work reaches its full potential and is aligned with the overarching design strategy and brand vision. The output of work is incredibly diverse and includes multiple disciplines, including in-store POS and communications, environments, packaging, print, online and social. As such, you’ll need to be experienced across formats with a deep understanding of design trends and innovations. As a senior member of the team, this person will plan, schedule and review the delivery of creative work alongside the Creative Manager, and be confident presenting creative work and solutions up to Head Of level.
We’re looking for someone who has a strong combination of conceptual ideas and design craft and can bring these skills to every project whilst keeping brand guidelines, the customer and commercial objectives front of mind. We’d also expect this person to positively contributing to the culture and collaborative working relationships of the team around them.
Our ideal candidate:
A strong, hands-on Senior Designer, equally brilliant conceptually and in crafting the work.
Previous experience working with retail and FMCG brands.
Confident working across disciplines including packaging.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable taking on project management responsibilities and supporting the Creative Manager on a day to day basis.
