This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and aspirational Creative Director/Head of Creative to head up the in-house Creative Studio of this much loved brand. Our client is a highly regarded sustainable/etihical beauty and cosmetics brand, who are about to embark in very exciting stage in their development and you would be joining the team at the start of this phase, so plenty of scope to make an impact!

The Facts:
As a driven and high energy individual, you will bring relevant experience in a similar role either from an agency background, or in-house at a similarly aspirational brand. You will pocess a deep knowledge of brand development and activation, with an understanding of brand purpose and strategy, where the aim really shake things up and forge the way ahead, through a disruptive and "bigger picture" approach to creative and design.

You're a cultural sponge, bringing a fresh attitude to creating world-class campaigns and experiences that are delivered via all channels. Utterly future thinking.
As such, you are a proactive thought-leader, inspiring to everyone around you through pioneering new ideas that produce relevant and engaging campaigns that extend across multiple touchpoints. This means confident communicaton is an integral part of what you do, as you get your team to embrace working in new ways and so they thrive on new challenges.

You're someone who has substantial experience leading on global campaigns and adept at leading and pushing the creative output by the creative team and broader business to new heights. You will be comfortable and happy to juggle day to day hands-on end to end creation of campaigns and experiences - together with people and project management responsibilities, such as reviews and development - and you have proven experience in this area.

You will be responsible (together with your team) for the development, creation and implementation of a rich global brand identity that is unique and sets the brand apart in the retail space. You will lead, influence and drive this across the whole business and educate to the wider global functions and markets
