This mid-sized corporate brand communications agency is looking for an ambitious account manager to join their team. This is the London office of a larger US based organisation offering consultation and creative solutions to a number of professional services and brands. They pride themselves on exceeding clients' expectations and growing accounts through a genuine interest and care for their client's business. You'll be working with cross-functional internal and external teams to maintain and oversee a portfolio of assigned client relationships, to grow and nurture them, and to cross and upsell when applicable.
You will be the first point of contact for your accounts so naturally you'll possess great communication and conflict resolution skills. You'll ensure that channels of communication are always open so that deadlines and budgets are achieved. You'll gain the trust of all stakeholders through clear communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables which will include brand creation, print and digital communications and film projects.
Comfortable around project financials, you'll confidently forecast and track key account metrics, ensuring that projects stay on budget.
You'll have excellent written and presentation skills and will be able to contribute to proposals by researching and collecting data and insights necessary to interrogate a brief and share with colleagues.
- An experienced account manager with at least four years' experience, looking to step up to the next level of responsibility
- You'll have experience of delivering creative, client focused solutions across brand and film
- Happy to be hands on and enjoy problem solving and delivery
- Great at MS Office programmes
