Head of Design
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at one of London’s leading integrated agencies, who are looking for a new Head of Design to lead their growing design team, whilst growing and maintaining the strong company culture.
Day to day this person will be working from initial concepts through to full campaign lifecycles and brand overhauls, with both new and existing clients from challenger brands through to some of the biggest names out there.
You’ll be the face of everything design – being the driving force and creating energy for the team and wider agency. This person will need experience and knowledge of both off and online design, so you can head up and manage not only your own work load but those who report into you daily. The current Creative Director wants to provide this person with the freedom to run with projects. In turn, you need to be comfortable being client facing, selling yours and others work.
Although managerial experience isn’t necessary you’ll need to be extremely organised and self-motived person with the ability to jump in and out of multiple projects throughout the day supporting and overseeing all design tasks from start to finish. Strong communication skills and problem solving are a must.
You’ll ideally be a proven designer, with a strong integrated background with a portfolio to match. Hopefully, you’ll come with design leadership and know how to get the best out of a talented and diverse design team.
