And the opportunity for an Office Administrator and Account Handling Support role for the team is a lynch-pin role, and a great chance for someone to learn more about how a branding agency operates, and opportunity to move into an account management role further up the ladder.

Key areas:

Building Relationships
This dynamic underpins all roles within the agency, from Office Administrator to
Partner. Build relationships internally and externally

Office Administration
−The ‘face’ of this agency – meet and greet all clients and suppliers,
ensuring meeting rooms are booked and set up. Arrange teas, coffees and
lunches as required.
−Answer all incoming calls and deal with as necessary.
−Monitor team movements and make arrangements for travel and
accommodation as required.
−Supplier liaison and management – cleaners, plumbers, couriers etc.
−Monitor general office supplies and replenish as required.
−Manage postage and petty cash.
−Support with organisation and management of internal events.
−Provide general, ad hoc, team support as necessary.

Account Handling Support
−Understanding of clients’ and their businesses 
−Efficient time manager, able to prioritise and always deliver on time without
losing patience or control under pressure
−Assistance in the creation of budgets, billing schedules, timings plans, contact
reports and status reports
−Proofing of documents prior to print – attention to detail is key
−Assistance with photo shoot prep and planning (as required)
−Content input and upload for digital projects – working with Content
Management Systems
−Confident in cost negotiation with suppliers

Communication
−Excellent interpersonal skills – agencies are all about people; you need to
know how to operate effectively within them
−We’re a small team and need to be able to work with and for each other
−Able to succinctly present ideas with rationale (where required) – be it written
