The speed read:This leading branding agency needs an Account Director to run projects and be a senior client counsel.The facts:You will already have worked at a branding agency or a design agency that has delivered new brands or rebrands for significant sized businesses. You will be interested in and understand the process from start to finish; from strategy to launch. This agency aren’t particularly heavy on implementation (although they do some), but you will need experience in brand expression and experience and be highly curious about how brands operate in today’s culture.This is a real opportunity to influence change in your team and the business. You will be able to have strategic influence in a client conversation, but you will be working with a strategy team too.This agency also work on employee engagement and employer brand projects, so an interest in this area would be helpful.You will need to have an ace balance of project and account direction skills. You like projects to function well, but you love your clients too. You can open a presentation, set the scene and take your client through the process with confidence and panache.You’ll be:
Able to evidence international business and client experienceAble to distil a brand conversationAn ace negotiator with senior clients Highly articulateHappy facilitating brand workshopsInterested in different business culturesHappy to travel. Once a month to Europe and once every two months long haul (Middle East included).
