Creative Director - £75,000-£95,000 - East London

In that time, they've built an impressive client portfolio in the UK and across the globe, picking up some top-notch names in commercial property, legal, asset management, financial, advisory, healthcare, media and technology. They work as small in-house agencies within clients offices, or from their London Studio in Farringdon. Their team of over 70 creative professionals readily adapts to evolving requirements and new technologies, drawing on creative skills to craft the best solutions.

THE ROLE
Responsibilities for this amazing Creative Director opportunity include:
- overseeing the creative philosophy and overall standard of creative output across the agency
- developing a creative environment for designers to work in, overseeing ideas and projects
- building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients
- developing and pitching concepts and ideas to clients
- defining a clear process for delivering strategic creative projects
- overseeing multiple online and offline design projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off before they are presented
- liaising with clients to keep them informed and to highlight any issues

YOU
To be considered for this role as Creative Director you must have:
- first and foremost - solid experience at a senior level in a creative agency setting with recent digital work
- experience in multiple print and digital design projects and managing a team's output on both whilst also being able to be hands-on
- a strong understanding of the commercial aspects of the agency and work as part of the management team to meet the overarching business objectives
- experience building a respected agency portfolio that defines the agency and helps win more work
- experience mentoring and coaching multiple teams of designers
