Visual / Brand Designer
We are on the hunt for strategic Designers with a love of branding and a folio that is packed with clever crafted commercially and creatively outstanding solutions.
The roles require strategic brand and digital thinkers to work within a newly established creative and digital studio. This role doesn't have creative boundaries on the output, therefore needs a problem solver that will seek out effective solutions across all creative channels.
With existing consultancy relationships and partnering colleagues across Research, AI, Emerging Tech, Digital Transformation, Behavioural Science etc etc, this team is 360 integrated and branding focussed. Working at Board level, the team are strategic problem solvers headed up by three inspirational team leads. The team are all very passionate about design, take active roles in creative organisations outside of their 9 to 5 day jobs and therefore really love Designers that come with a hunger and passion to challenge themselves, learn and stay ahead of the curve.
Clients span anything and everything, Fintech, Insurance, Mining, Education, FMCG, Challenger brands etc Every day is different, therefore the ability to change and adapt focus, with a background of working in agile environments, would be perfect! This role will be one of the founding members of the team, therefore plenty of autonomy.
This role would suit:
A problem solver
A passionate creative, one that challenges themselves inside and outside of working hours
A Designer skilled across brand positioning, UI, crafted typography, finessed solutions etc
This is not a pure delivery role and therefore wouldn't suit someone that is more focused on campaigns.
They are open to both Middleweight and Senior levels (up to Design Director) therefore salaries are based on level: Mid to Snr: up to £48K and Senior, up to £64K.
