We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to join an award winning team. You will be the creative director for one or more specified clients/brands, leading, driving and crafting work from the wider team. You will have support from the ECD when required, but it will usually be your responsibility to sign off and direct creative, maintain an excellent standard of execution and concept, and develop creative opportunities to make famous work.

As a creative director on a specific account, idea generation can still often play a part in your role (e.g. when a brief hasn't been cracked by those working under you). In working with more junior members of the team, you will endeavour to help them develop their skills and thinking, providing feedback and direction that's constructive, honest and motivating wherever possible.

As an ACD, you will also operate as a senior conceptual creative working across other clients and brands. You'll be briefed on projects big and small, coming up with and developing famous ideas and smart, simple, effective work across the full spectrum of digital creativity. You will also be expected to look for additional opportunities that lie beyond the brief, or even with potential clients we might approach.

As one of the most senior members of the department, you'll have huge influence on how we grow and develop the team, and on our agency's direction as a whole.

The ideal candidate will have high-level digital agency experience and a portfolio of well-crafted, contemporary projects. They'll be overflowing with great ideas, have strong communication and collaboration skills and an ambition to do amazing, envy-of-their-peers, work. They'll be used to working quickly and efficiently when necessary, and know when and where to spend the extra time to make something great. They'll also be bloody nice and enjoy the company of other bloody nice people.
