Leading brand Communications agency is looking for an edgy and contemporary creative Content producer to join their team, working alongside another producer within a larger creative and strategy department the role enables the agency to create the best personalised content possible for their global client base.  With the introduction of a new Creative Director and Innovations Director the agency is looking to tailor and offer more disruptive marketing for their clients and is looking for talent in this area to compliment their existing production team.  The Content Producer will use visual storytelling to ensure that videos set us apart and removes the boundaries to achieve truly integrated communications.

You will need to have:

  • Agency experience – demonstrable skills in producing innovative and engaging social media and viral content.
  • Able to demonstrate understanding of the demands of managing multiple account team and client demands
  • Confident with good negotiation skills
  • Passionate about producing multimedia content in the fast-changing TV and online landscape with experience in producing content for social media campaigns
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness when working to tight budgets
  • Capacity to plan effective workflows for video projects, from the initial idea to post-production

Capacity to identify great stories and turn them into compelling video content.

The role will encompass the following and you will need to have demonstrable experience in all areas:

Creative

  • Be proactive and always seek to find and share examples of great creative campaigns from which we can draw upon when relevant to agency projects
  • Offer creative solutions to account team briefs
  • Write creative proposals
  • Write and edit scripts
  • Attend brainstorms giving creative input
  • Work creatively with suppliers to deliver outstanding work

Content Briefs

  • Make an assessment of each project with a focus on strategy, creative, budget and capacity
  • Prepare briefing documents for clients and suppliers
  • Brief in the best and most appropriate supplier for the project based on your understanding of the skills required

Project Management

  • Manage all stages of the production and confidently keep the project on track
  • Work with the Studio Manager to ensure all live projects are logged and updated regularly to ensure a project is delivered on brief, on budget and on time
  • Communicate with, work alongside and manage account teams and clients
  • Prepare and update all production documents
  • Quality control all production decisions made across the agency
  • Manage a central production folder e.g. create release forms/risk assessment forms for central use /video filming guidelines
  • Manage video library database to archive all video content work

Finance

  • Develop informed and detailed cost estimates
  • Develop and manage budgets for each project
  • Ensure billability and capacity targets are met
  • Keep all finance and administrative documentation up to date
  • Keep track of all video projects and provide regular updates on their progress against requirements

Internal Content Training

  • Run internal training sessions and Lunch & Learns to upskill the agency when required

Building Supplier Relationships/Industry Networking

  • Meet with new suppliers to increase skills and ensure that the agency can deliver the best results for our clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers
  • Attend industry briefings and conferences

Communication

  • Communicate clearly and articulately, describing creative and technical aspects in detail
  • Present ideas with knowledge and passion
  • Be approachable, amiable and professional when communicating with colleagues, clients and suppliers

Stakeholder Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with account teams, offering strategic counsel to both account teams and clients
  • Be a source of inspiration within the agency for creative video content

Online and Content Research

  • Conduct extensive online research, trawling the digital space for first-class examples of cutting edge content from organisations/brands/products
  • Research trends in multimedia platforms and the blurring of the TV and digital space
  • Keep across emerging TV and video trends, monitoring competitor work

Production Projects

  • To include but not limited to the following
    • Online videos – web video, how-to videos, company films to sit on websites – often part of wider social media campaigns
    • Sizzle reels/coverage reels
    • Mood films
    • Corporate video work –  internal films for clients
    • 3D Animation
    • Holograms
    • Animations/cartoons
    • Webcasts
    • B-roll
    • Event films
    • Media Training
