Image + Art Direction Manager
Much-loved British brand with an aspirational and upmarket reputation underpinned by a strong focus on quality of product and ethical responsibility is looking for an Image and Art Direction Manager to deliver compelling, innovative and highly creative imagery that supports and drives the visual aesthetics and expression of the brand.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Art Director with impeccable visual judgement, looking to take on more responsibility and add significant value to a brand and its visual identity. Working closely and collaboratively with the Head of Design and Senior Creative Manager, this person is responsible for the delivery of outstanding brand imagery in response to requests from the wider business. You will have the opportunity to art direct and commission photoshoots, ultimately developing photographic brand standard guidelines that work across multiple channels and customer touch-points whilst supporting the overarching design vision and strategy.
The role would suit someone who is confident directing and reviewing photographic work with the design team and stakeholders across the business, ensuring that imagery plans are fully aligned, delivered on budget and to the highest standard of image quality. We’re looking for someone who can effectively build relationships with and encourage the best work from 3rd party agencies and partners including Photographers, Stylists and Reprographics.
Our ideal candidate:
Is an established Senior Art Director with the capacity to take on additional responsibility.
Has a strong folio featuring retail, lifestyle and FMCG work.
Has previous experience managing a visual brand, including shoot and imagery schedules.
Will need some people management experience.
Has a genuine passion for producing outstanding brand imagery which improves overall perception and customer engagement.
