Reputable and award winning agency (20 people strong) is looking for a senior digital designer who is an inspiring, outgoing individual, with a passion for ideas and integrated communications campaigns that make a sportive difference to their clients’ business and the wider world.

Role responsibility

The senior digital designer role requires a bright, articulate, creative multi-skilled individual who can come up with ideas and execute these brilliantly across a range of digital channels and applications.

You will be responsible for creating a wide variety of projects ranging from websites to digital campaigns and games.

You will be knowledgeable web design, digital innovation and the power of creativity. You will also have a grasp of user centric design.

Working under the guidance of a creative director and/or Design Director  to provide creative design solutions in response to a provided brief. Head up a creative team briefing and taking responsibility for collective understanding if what is required.

Leading internal critiques prior to presentation to CD/DD.

Involvement in client workshops, deploying specific strategic, brand tools.
Art Direction of photo shoots.

Leading recruitment for the team and maintaining a good network for future talent streams.

Conducting appraisals, setting clear objectives and pro-actively resolving any issues.

Coming up with a ward winning design concepts that fit the client’s needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience within communications, supported by an exceptionally high standard of conceptual thinking and strategic understanding. The ability to craft typography and illustration are essential as is the ability to deliver work with strong execution. We’re ideally looking for someone who has previous experience working with well-known B2B and B2C brands and a variety of audience types.
