This highly reputable High Street retailer is looking for a Creative Director with an established background within the FMCG/Retail sector to work alongside and support the Group Creative Director.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the new creative vision and pushing innovative solutions to improve the consumer retail experience along all touch points both in-store and online.

It almost goes without saying that previous experience of managing large creative teams is essential as you'll be tasked to inspire the team to reach their full potential and embrace all changes necessary to drive the business forwards.

It is also a distinct advantage if you've had experience of dealing with senior level stakeholders as this is a cross-functional role that requires a high level of communication with internal departments and also external design agencies.
