CAD Technician - Residential

A superb design studio in London is looking for a CAD Technician with a minimum of 4 years' experience on residential projects to work on a some exciting projects ASAP. This is a contract position, initially for 3 months with a view to a longer term or permanent position. Rates of up to £165 per day are on offer which equates to roughly £40,000 per annum.

The ideal candidates will be highly proficient on AutoCAD as well as the Adobe Creative Suite and be confident in their design capabilities in detailed design, giving their input and problem solving solutions. It is also a plus if you have experience with Photoshop rendering AutoCAD drawings with a portfolio to reflect this work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ industry experience, be technically adept, robust and confident with a passion for all things high end residential.
