They provide a range of services including branding, digital, employee / stakeholder engagement, and integrated campaigns to a wide variety of clients
* The candidate will need to be personable, engaging and a team player, able to adapt to changing situations and meet challenges with good humour and an open mind.
* Comfortable with having a deep, strategic knowledge of a global brand so that the AD is able to represent as a strategic partner (the job is often to lead and advise as well as execute).
* They should have solid business acumen.
* They will be a confident and proactive client developer, guiding and working in partnership with clients to meet and exceed their marketing ambitions.
* They should be accessible and friendly, creating opportunities to meet new potential clients organically.
* They would be expected to bring past knowledge and experience to the agency.
* They should be curious and keen to get their heads into the brand as well as the many and varied communication areas that are covered in their briefs.
* They will need to be a highly motivated, flexible, well-organised problem solver.
