We’re looking for an experienced Global Packaging Director to lead the team at LOVE.

We need a world-class creative to own the overall responsibility for the agency’s creative output, leading the team in the creation of simple, surprising and empathetic ideas that bring commercial success to our clients and the agency.

An entrepreneurial leader who can captivate any audience through storytelling.

A Creative Director with a proven track record in building lasting client relationships with global brands. Someone who can win packaging accounts, nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, with the gravitas to grow accounts across multiple territories.

A key member of the agency to act as deputy to the Executive Creative Director, supporting the team through strong leadership, strategic thinking and the highest creative standards.

YOU NEED:

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with an appetite for exploring new and undiscovered opportunities within packaging and beyond
  • To have experience winning and working on global brands
  • To be equally strategic and commercial in your approach to creative
  • The confidence to convince senior clients that rebranded packaging can stretch across advertising and brand worlds
  • Experience in overseeing packaging and product design in market, maintaining and growing existing base business
  • To lead client workshops in packaging design, showing how innovations can transform global brands, challenger brands and agile independents
  • To identify new trends and insights for key accounts, making sure that innovations are recognised across the agency
  • To optimise agency structures, recruiting, managing and developing talent as well as developing client relations
  • To be highly agile in your ability to respond to cultural, societal and industry trends
  • To have charisma, confidence and bags of knowledge, minus the ego
  • 10+ years’ experience
