Senior Brand Consultant
The Fix are recruiting for an experienced Senior Brand Consultant to join a busy and successful team. The role is centred on brand strategy, positioning and proposition development, corporate branding, corporate architecture, portfolio mapping, commercial business strategy, brand stories and definition, brand identity, innovation and engagement.
The right candidate will find new opportunities as well as sourcing opportunities from existing clients, pitching and proposing to clients, running projects and delivering outstanding work. You will work alongside other members of the team to create winning strategies for our clients, helping to embed these plans in their business and communicate to multiple audiences. Delivering the big picture strategic objectives and detailed task management and execution plan, you will be capable of running an inspiring client workshop and be a proven business developer.
It would be good but not essential to have experience in brand strategy in consumer goods, retail, travel, media and technology.
Insight and strategy – research and opportunity development.

Commercial management of projects and clients, leading any cost savings or opportunities to increase
The role will include using our positioning, case studies and stories to build our brand, create credibility, create opportunity and value, the industry and prospective employees.
Business and client development are a key component of this role, identifying sectors, companies and people to approach, working with the team to create leads, using our database, managing lapsed clients and finding reasons to be in touch. A key aspect of the role will be to secure meetings, opportunities, referrals and connections with senior clients, Marketing Directors, C Suite level client side leaders, heads of insight, heads of innovation and capability and partners in relevant private equity firms.

Experience and skills
Essential experience - you will have worked with UK brands and in UK markets for a significant portion of your career. You will have worked at a UK branding agency, innovation consultancy, brand consultancy or highly
strategic insight agency. In addition you will have had experience working in international markets and on the commercial business aspects of branded companies.
You will be very strong at brand strategy, solving business issues, client relationship development innovation, workshops and presenting.
Your career to date will have had a significant focus on brands, consumers and shoppers.
