Long-established consumer branding and packaging agency in London are looking for a new Associate Creative Director.

Are you a consumer branding and packaging design expert with truly ideas-driven creative work?  Do you love nurturing a design team, and urging them on to achieve ever better work?  If you're thinking "that's me", then it’s definitely worth reading on.

This independently owned agency, based in West London, is looking for a new Associate Creative Director to work with the Creative Director to lead the graphics team on a wide variety of different brand identity/packaging projects for clients both in the UK and overseas, and across a wide variety of brand categories too.

They're well established, have an office overseas also, and attract some good brandowners to work with them.

But they're lacking that vital ingredient for any strong creative team right now - an equally strong and inspirational creative leader who can also be hands-on and who spends a little more time in the studio than the CD does right now.

Ideally they'd like someone who's either at the top end of design director level and looking for a step up, or even someone already an ACD but wanting a change of scene and a bit more responsibility.  And someone who can not only inspire and nurture, but who's equally great with clients - both the big and/or adventurous ones, and the slightly smaller or more cautious ones - and we all know they come in all shapes and sizes!

A good commercial sense is important here - in all honesty, not every project is going to be a Starpack winner - some are more down to earth, but they provide a good income, which is not to be sneezed at in today's climate.

They will give you a good salary and package, and will do their very best to support the right person, and play their part in helping you to succeed.
