Candidates who are available immediately are preferable as the agency would prefer to hire someone on a temp-to-perm basis.

Our client is a boutique agency in Kent specialising in med-tech and innovative health clients. We are looking for a really buttoned-down, integrated account manager with a design agency background. Are you a confident communicator and really good with the project management side? (planning work, managing budgets, keeping work in progress updated etc).

The 2 founders have previously owned and grown two successful agencies (since sold to networks) and this new agency has been established for 24 months. It could be described as a passion project as everything good that they have learnt and have most enjoyed has been poured in to this new agency. 

There is a core of 9 full time members of the team. They have several partners and ‘consultant’ freelance specialists who partner on projects as and when. This agile way of working is all part of offering the best thinking and work to clients.

They have positioned themselves in a deliberately different way now: A design-led, strategic consultant with a very fluid and agile structure. 

Started 18 months ago the business is going well and the client projects gathering momentum on national and global levels.

The AM will work across numerous clients and manage digital outputs and develop existing print outputs. Work ranges from massive global launches to general collateral for businesses. 

It’s all about attitude and fit for this role. The business supports an open/honest and frank environment. They want to go to work and like the people they work with. They are a balanced lot and would like someone similar. The basic requirements are: a lovely person, a strong print and digital background and a willingness to push the business forward.

The person must have an open-mindset and be open to working with clients on med-tech brands as this is 50% of the client focus. The founders love working with med-tech as the technology is quickly evolving, fast paced, the clients responsive and not layered with bureaucracy.
