Central London based, professional services organisation, is looking for a designer with 5 years + experience to work on a wide range of design work from marketing campaigns and collateral, event collateral and digital design including social media assets, some video and animation.

Designer - print and digital - £32,000-£36,000 - London

Industry leading accreditation body with well-designed brand and clean aesthetic has 3 global hubs. You will work with the international centres to provide design solutions and be able to work end to end. From concept to artwork.

You will work closely with other design leads in regional hubs, and will develop compelling concepts and ideas that work across digital, social, motion, and print to create relevant, engaging, and authentic brand experiences across our respective customer journeys.

Day to day you will:

· Participate in key client briefings to understand business need and insight.
· Develop ideas and concepts to solve communication challenges across all media.
· Present and 'sell' creative concepts to clients articulating the emotion, logic and rationale with passion.
· Develop design solutions based on concepts.
· Support and evangelise the development of the internal design philosophy.
· Evolve the visual language, build and manage creative assets.
· Balance the needs of a wide range of projects and executions from short-term to long-term projects
· Support global brand governance and management.
· Be a strong communicator and diplomat to partner with brand and communications Centres of Excellence, the regions and key business owners.
· Proactively bring insights and trends to help inform high quality creative ideas and execution.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities we would like you to have:

· Excellent competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Creative Cloud)
· Design for print, social and digital
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team
· Understanding of HTML and CSS, their use and limitations
· Comprehensive technical background
· Understanding of how to work creatively while maintaining brand standards
· Working understanding of digital trends and innovations.
· Practised, visual storyteller with the ability to develop concepts and ideas that work across digital, social, motion and print.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
· Good organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with changing priorities

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

· Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience including:
· Proven experience in creating well designed presentations and presenting arguments.
· A broad background of top-level design for print, presentations, digital, social and identity guides.
· Solid portfolio demonstrating experience with strategic planning, system-level thinking, and beginning-to-end conceptual ideas.
· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
· Educated to degree level

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education

· Appreciation of UI and UX desirable
· Familiarity with video and animation software is a bonus
· Experience working with global organisations with a multi-product architecture desirable
· Background in both B2B and B2C environments
