This successful business consultancy, with an impressive client list of blue chip organisations, is looking for a mid-weight creative artworker to join their ambitious team.

The Facts:
The consultancy creates programmes tailored to its clients' needs, delivering integrated programmes that combine executive coaching, strategic communications, leadership development, change management, employee engagement, learning and organisational development, through a range of workshops, conferences, creative campaigns and films.  

These programmes are designed and managed by a small group of internal consultants and producers, and implemented by a multi-disciplined team of practitioners; from business writers and facilitators to film-makers and event producers.

As part of this multi-disciplinary team, this newly created role will sit within a dynamic creative and production team - responsible for the artwork development, implementation and delivery of work for both clients and internal use, reporting in to a senior design consultant.

Day to day you will be interpreting creative concepts and developing artwork for print and digital media (adapting design and graphics for presentations, video, websites, social-media, apps), within agreed design direction and brand guidelines. You will happily provide technical and creative guidance and support internally, assisting the team with the production of printed and digital materials.

You'll have exceptional technical skills across Adobee CC - In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Keynote and Powerpoint, as well as excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to plan the workload and deliver under pressure as this is a fun but fast paced environment.

You will have a minimum of 4 years' experience within a commercial studio production environment, with expert knowledge of artworking techniques suitable for print, digital, audio-visual and environmental design, and your folio should reflect this broad experience.
