This integrated creative communications agency, based in Central London, who have a strong heritage in creating bespoke and strategic brand stories for the corporate sector, are looking for an Account Director to join the team. Alongside taking ownership of your accounts, you'll mentor and guide the wider team whilst delivering work spanning brand, digital and corporate reporting.
What will this role involve?
New Business - working alongside the wider management team, you'll lead the pitch process from start to finish, always looking to optimise profitability, identifying opportunities with new and existing clients and supporting the agency's SAD in ensuring that the agencies target is consistently achieved
Client Management - You'll foster strong working relationships, with key clients of all levels, always ensuring that communication is clear, productive and in line with your clients expectations
Brand Strategy - You'll bring forward an excellent understanding of not only the creative process, but equally be able to understand a client's complex business needs and how they can implement strategic brand solutions into their business
Creative Management / Project Delivery - Working closely with your clients, you will ingrain yourself in the concept stages of a project, truly sinking your teeth into a brief and offering your strategic and concise market knowledge, always clearly relaying feedback between your internal creative team and your client, ensuring that work is delivered on brief, on time and in line with this agencies standard for quality design
To suit this role, you must have prior experience working as an Account Director in a similar creative communications agency, confident in leading teams, managing complex and high volume work loads, ideally with experience across Corporate Reporting.
