We’re a team of 100+ creative thinking, technologically savvy problem solvers holed up on the 12th floor of a building overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral.
Connected to 24 offices around the world, we’re helping big name clients get the right people into their business – using a cunning mix of creativity, our own digital platforms, strategic thinking and a semi-functioning nespresso machine.
We’re looking for an experienced Art Director with a keen eye for design to join us coming up with huge ideas; taking them from the depths of your brain to a post-it covered wall to a presentation to the final shiny object that wins awards.

Here’s more about what you’ll do:
Working to a brief, you’ll come up with creative concepts that hit that brief – supported by a Creative Director.
Working with other members of the creative team, you’ll pull together a coherent, visual presentation (using mood boards, hand scamps or macced up visuals) that brings the idea to life for client service teams and clients.
As well as designing the presentation, you will also attend client presentations (in person or over the phone) and be able to confidently talk through your work and get clients excited about the concept.
As well as being a creative genius, we will need your design skills to be at the top of their game. We’re all pretty hands on here, and from time to time the role might require some pure design work. This could be anything from banners, brochures and social posts to experiences (installations, ambient media, websites, games, apps, films and animations).
Because of the varied work, you may be asked to attend photo/film shoots and client meetings here and at client offices too.
This is a role where you will need to take ownership of your work, because here, the idea is just the beginning. Creatively problem-solving to get a job over the line is just as important.
What’s more, we’ll also expect you to guide more junior members of the team.
What you’ll need:
We work with all the tools of the trade, so we would like somebody who knows their way around the Adobe suite. Any knowledge of Sketch and Keynote would also be bonus.
