Your role will be to inspire, educate and excite new occupiers about the world of Workplace Consultancy. We are looking for a person who understands all about well-being in the workplace, the affects and benefits of such things as adjustable lighting & how that (and the many, many other elements) impacts on employee productivity, operational efficiencies & culture. You will be somebody to undertake post-occupancy surveys, engage with occupiers and help them realise all the benefits of investment in their new office floor.

To be successful in applying for this role you will demonstrate a full understanding on Workplace Consultancy & be able to work with clients and colleagues from all standings within a corporation.

Some key attributes required include experience from advising clients on office design or organisation; strong interest in office workplace trends. A background in workspace consulting/management or HR consulting/design thinking/organisational development/change management/applied psychology or sociology

As a successful candidate you will ideally will have contributed to knowledge building in the area (e.g. dissertation, participation to conferences). Project management essentials (planning, resource management). Essential consulting skills (analytical approach, structured & critical thinking, comfort in approaching unknown situations, clear written skills).
