Role: With this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting senior colleagues in the management and delivery of brand, digital and engagement projects. You will have the exciting opportunity to single-handedly project manage your own projects whilst providing general support to the rest of the account management team. Your general responsibilities will include preparing project costs, plans and schedules for approval, attending client meetings with senior colleagues, assisting in project turnaround and preparing purchase orders and invoices for review. You will also liaise with third-party suppliers, review brand and print visuals, assist in scheduling and planning photoshoots as well as video/animation and events. When it comes to managing your own smaller projects, you will take briefs from clients along with senior colleagues, prepare costs for approval, brief design teams and manage projects to completion. Excitingly, as this is a new team, you will play an important part in it’s growth as it takes form over the coming months and years.
Ideal Candidate: To be considered for this role, it’s important for you to have some knowledge of brand, digital and engagement. You must have strong communication and presentation skills, a “can-do” mentality as well as an ability to work alone or as part of a team. You must be flexible, resilient, passionate, personable and ambitious. Our client is also looking for somebody who has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and Powerpoint.
