An established boutique design, advertising and communications agency, with an excellent reputation for producing intelligent and creative solutions, is looking for a conceptual top end senior creative.
Clients are in the main, high-end residential property development companies. Property experience would be good but not essential, though evidence of having worked on high end lifestyle/product literature is.
This person must be a creative and imaginative Designer who is confident in performing to a very high standard. Can work well under pressure and to deadlines. Has a very good understanding of current design trends typography and thorough understanding of print and the ability to work to the clients brief.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years experience.
- Must have extensive commercial property experience (but also outside this sector to show variety).
- Complete understanding of the London commercial property market.
- A portfolio of coherent creative marketing campaigns for small and large developments.
- Think strategically – with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and create clear narratives within day-to-day design and pitch documents.
- Good demonstration of high end print finishing/materials.
- Creative marketing ideas beyond print and digital - motion graphics, on floor marketing etc.
- Creative web and digital design with the user in mind (programming not necessary but a bonus).
- Confident in presenting ideas to clients and the team.
- All the usual Creative Cloud skillset.
